Grinding Hydraulic Gear Pump with NC End Surface Cylindrical Grinder

Recently, some customers at home and abroad who manufacture hydraulic gear pump products. They want to grind the inner hole of gear φ80mm with the maximum depth of 300mm. We recommend CNC internal grinding machine tool MK2120. Based on the fact that we have provided many manufacturers of gear pump, we also recommend two sets of CNC End-face and cylindrical grinder MK1620, one equipped with radial measuring instrument and end-face measuring instrument from Arretech in Japan, and the other one equipped with radial measuring instrument and thickness measuring instrument. These two machine tools can automatically load and unload materials through the clamp manipulator or robot hand, and automatically grinding cycle, which greatly improves the efficiency.
